Foreclosed
Like many American cities, Boise is still
struggling with a high foreclosure rate, which is being made worse by the
stalled economy. Long-time homeowners Teri Lupo and husband Scott (not
pictured) stopped being able to afford their mortgage payments when they
lost a chunk of their monthly income. They've moved to a rental, but
couldn't sell their house to pay off their debt and now live in fear of the
day the bank comes after them.
