In 2006, when Aaron and Julian Roberts (seen here with their twin sons, Lennon and Miles) started looking to buy, there was little they could afford. "Even a modest home was too much for us," says Jillian. But because of the precipitous drop in real estate prices, they can now afford a nice three-bedroom that once listed at $315,000. They ended up paying $169,000.
