The Hope Foundation, based in Cork, Ireland, has been organizing health clinics, opening homes and founding schools in Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) since 1999. The organization rescues children living on the streets and strives to provide them with medical care, education, vocational training and drug rehabilitation.
