Where Did the Hobbit Come From?

The Liang Bua Cave
Scientists found the remains of the hobbit in Liang Bua, on the Indonesian island of Flores. The local people of Flores have long told legends about the tiny creatures their ancestors once shared the island with. So far, skeletons of Homo floresiensis have been found only in the Liang Bua cave, which remains under excavation.
