An activist group calling itself World Can't Wait enlists actors to carry out a mock waterboarding in the heart of Manhattan. The group chose the date January 11, 2008 — the sixth anniversary of the opening of the camp at Guantánamo Bay — to protest the policies of the Bush Administration.
