Shock and Awe
Air France's Concorde flight 4590 takes off with fire trailing from its engine on the left wing from Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on July 25, 2000. The cause was a piece of debris on the runway. A titanium strip ruptured a tire and caused a fuel tank to fail and ignite. The aircraft lost power and crashed killing all aboard.
