Chef Henry Haller cooked for five presidents and wrote a cookbook to
capitalize on his fame as the longest serving White House executive chef in
history: 21 years. Born in Switzerland, Haller presided over everything from
a formal dinner for Vietnam veterans to a quiet Mother's Day dinner honoring
Nancy Reagan. In this 1966 photo, it's easy to identify the culinary trends
