In 1991, Rose was accused of inciting a riot at a concert in St. Louis, after jumping into a crowd to confront a fan with a camera. The band then stormed off stage and the crowd went beserk, tearing up chairs and brawling. Rose was arrested a year later and a judge ruled that he was not directly responsible.
