Little Anthony and the Imperials
The doo-wop group from New York first hit the music scene in 1958 with the single "Tears on My Pillow." The group is best known for the singular sound of lead singer Jerome Anthony "Little Anthony" Gourdine's high-pitched falsetto voice.
