"Cancer has turned my life upside down. But it showed me that life is precious. Enjoy your family. Give them all the love you can. I always vowed to be a Dad that was active with my son. One who runs and plays ball. Cancer almost took that away. Too many times I had to tell my son that I couldn't play with him, that I was too tired. I want to be with him for every milestone. I wasn't afraid of dying. My worst fear is that my son would not remember me. That my wife would have to raise him as a single parent. That's what drives me. I need to be here."
