Round 3 Runner-up — Hung Tran, CANBERRA, AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORYI saw these tulips at Floriade, Canberra's annual flower show. Flowers are photographed so often, I wanted to take them from an unusual angle, so I got down low and turned my camera lens up to the sky.
