Growing up under the skies of Hollywood, Fisher was no stranger to show business. By the time she was 13, Carrie had become a part of her mother's nightclub act in Las Vegas, and she made her film debut in 1975, appearing in Shampoo, directed by Hal Ashby. In the movie, Fisher plays Lorna, a Hollywood Lolita who seduces her mother's hairdresser, star Warren Beatty's character, George Roundy.
