Zombie Redux
After a spate of unsuccesful films in the 70s, Romero decided to follow up on the success of Night of the Living Dead with his second "Dead" film — Dawn of the Dead. Set primarily in a suburban shopping mall, human survivors barricade themselves in the building in an attempt to stave off an onslaught of ravenous zombies. Shopping may never have been more dangerous.
