A Look at Anne Rice's Career

Author Anne Rice's books have sold over 100 million copies. Best known for her books on vampires and witches, she has, in recent years, also written a number of books exploring the life of Jesus Christ.

Take a Bow
Rice's work was the inspiration for the Broadway musical Lestat featuring music written by Sir Elton John. The composer and the author took a curtain call together after the show's premiere performance in 2006 in New York City.
