At most banks, a customer clad in nothing but a string bikini would draw stares and possibly disrupt business. But at Brazil’s BancoMovel (mobile bank), many of the best-dressed people wear mostly suntan lotion. Housed in small red 9-ft. by 5-ft. trailers, two of these automated tellers-on-wheels are stationed in or around beach resorts near Rio and Sao Paulo, providing cash around the clock to customers who may leave home without their clothes but never without their electronic banking cards.
