Anne Baxter, 62, actress currently starring in TV's Hotel who won a suppporting-role Oscar for The Razor's Edge (1946); in critical condition after suffering a stroke on the street; in New York City. In her best-known film, All About Eve (1950), she played an actress who schemed to succeed a star, portrayed by Bette Davis; in real life, Baxter took over the grande dame role in Hotel in 1983 after Davis was sidelined by a stroke.
