Tax evasion is becoming an epidemic, and honest people are suffering

We're talking about hardworking people in an honorable profession," says Bernard Moskowitz, an official of the Internal Revenue Service in New York City. Specifically, he is talking about private-duty nurses, who often earn as much as $150 a day, and he has been investigating whether these honorable people pay their income taxes.
