¶New York Giant defensive linemen swarmed into the Cleveland Browns backfield to smother Fullback Jimmy Brown, smear Quarterbacks Milt Plum and Jim Ninowski. So thoroughly stifled was the Cleveland offense that the Giants needed little attack of their own, rolled to a decisive 10-0 victory which gave them the Eastern Conference Championship. A team with little individual brilliance and rated nowhere by pre-season dopesters, the Giants have won all the big ones, will meet the Western Champion Baltimore Colts next week for the National Football League title.
