Allen Funt's Candid Microphone (ABC, Thurs. 9:30 p.m., E.D.T.) is discreetly hidden while interviewers prod the unwary into public blurts. Last week Candid Microphone threw in a fast double-talker and switched to politics. The result left it somewhat doubtful whether the real master of fumble-tongue was the professional who dished it out or the amateurs who bounced back the answers. Samples:
