The War Department announced that 300,000 or more men of various "civilian" units will undergo military traning this summer. They include members of the National Guard, Organized Reserves, Reserve Officers' Training Corps and the Citizens' Military Training Camps. The Camps will be held in several parts of the country during June, July and August. About 30,000 officers and men of the regular army will be present at the camps to assist in the training.
