From time to time, the President of the United States must travel around the country (and sometimes to foreign lands). Last week President Eisenhower announced one of the most intensive tours since he assumed office. First stop this week: West Point, where Ike is main commencement speaker and ranking graduate in the 40th reunion of his Class of 1915.
