One outstanding upset marked last week's college football campaign. Fordham, Duke, Notre Dame, Minnesota—almost all the big teams* as far west as the Rockies—each rolled up another victory. But the biggest favorite west of the Rockies stumbled: Oregon State drubbed Stanford, 10-to-0.
