The little radio station RGBS of Harlingen, Tex. serves some 40 scattered communities in the Rio Grande valley. RGBS recently asked listeners for their telephone numbers and the time they generally go to bed, offered to telephone them, at no matter what hour, the minute the invasion news came through. Result: some 400 grateful customers have requested KGBS’s special service.
