John Romer Boreland Campbell, 34, Lord Glenorchy and heir to the 9th Earl of Breadalbane and Holland, might easily have won fame & fortune as the hero of a P. G. Wodehouse novel. He is tall, languid, perennially short of cash and preoccupied with strange solutions for his problem.
