When the Shah of Iran visited the U.S. last year, he got a royal welcome that laid the groundwork for a $25 million Export-Import Bank loan. Day by day, through an Iran relay station, the Voice of America beamed an account of the Shah's glad-hand tour. When the Shah returned to his country he decided to continue the Voice relays.
