A diplomatic note rocketed last week from the State Department to Dictator Rafael Leonidas Trujillo's Dominican Republic: What had the Dominican authorities discovered in their prolonged investigation of the death of Airline Pilot Gerald Lester Murphy, 23, a U.S. citizen?
