Little Switzerland last week tossed a big dash of alpine water on the hope that the world of tomorrow will differ conspicuously from the world of yesterday.
The U.N. Secretariat asked the Swiss Government for permission to hold Security Council meetings in Geneva, if a European emergency necessitated the Council’s presence near the scene. The Swiss refused, because such a meeting might be construed as a breach of Swiss neutrality.
