Democrats held a coming-out party at the Capitol for their secret weapon: the Party's first feminine national secretary. She is dimpled, blue-eyed Dorothy Vredenburgh, 27, a wealthy lumberman's wife from Vredenburgh, Ala. At a lunch Mrs. Vredenburgh beamed on New Dealers and anti-New Dealers alike.
