TIME
The Argentine Government, which had banned TIME (TIME, Nov. 29), back-crawled last fortnight. After TIME announced that it also intended to publish in Brazil, the totalitarian Argentine Government blandly announced that a mistake had been made. TIME may resume printing in Buenos Aires, may again use Argentine mails if one condition is met: TIME must not contain “bad” stories (like this one).
