International: Courtesy Note

The U.N. secretariat, as a routine matter, sends transcripts of addresses to the speakers for correction. In the past several weeks the Russian delegation has been going through these verbatim reports with great care. Wherever a Soviet speaker has made a slip of the tongue and referred to "President Truman," the thoroughgoing Russians change it to just "Truman."
