At Washington last week, President C. Zabel Robinson of the U. S. College of Veterinary Surgeons sadly passed out diplomas to the four members of the graduating class; with a sigh, announced that the college, founded 35 years ago, was thenceforth discontinued. Few men care to become horse doctors.
