The fun-loving Russians appear to have devised another way of needling the Nazis by radio (TIME, Sept. 8). According to United Press's listening post, last week there screamed forth from Moscow a character billed as "Ivan the Terrible," who gave in German an amazing imitation of Adolf Hitler.
