When, in San Francisco last fortnight, Dr. Toyohiko Kagawa learned he could make a U. S. lecture tour only if accompanied by a doctor or nurse to prevent his spreading trachoma (TIME, Dec. 30), Japan's No. 1 Christian speedily found a suitable attendant.
