Last December when the 18th Amendment was tossed into the political bonfire, Kentucky, hardest of hard liquor states, did not repeal its prohibition law. Last week it was still unrepealed when Governor Ruby Laffoon signed a new law regarding the sale of medicinal liquor. Two ways were provided for obtaining it.
