Franklin D. Roosevelt was the first President to put a woman into his Cabinet. Last week he became the first to put a woman on the Circuit Federal bench. Before he leaves the White House his friends think he will be the first to put a woman on the Supreme Court. A likely choice for this last honor would be bobbed-haired, blue-eyed Florence Ellinwood Allen whom the President last week appointed to the U. S.
