For almost five months a cabinet crisis has existed at The Hague, where such occurrences are taken with phlegmatic calm. The last Cabinet, headed by Premier Colyn, quietly resigned after the Second Chamber (House) had attached a rider to the budget refusing funds to maintain the legation representing the Netherlands at the Vatican (TIME, Nov. 23).
