Oxford Men Outgoing. Out of New York harbor sailed the 1925 detachment of Rhodes scholars, bound for Oxford. They had attended a farewell dinner at the Harvard club, heard discussed a tentative plan of the Rhodes trustees to abandon the present method of selecting two scholars every three years from each state and substituting a method whereby the quota would be allotted from six to eight districts into which the country would be divided.
