Commandant de St. Quentin, ex-director of aeroplane manufacture and commander of the air force units attached to the Second French Army, has written a book entitled The War of 1924.
In this book, written in the form of a novel, Commandant de St. Quen- tin predicts a proclamation of war by Germany on France and Belgium.
