From a reliable source in Paris it is ascertained that the Washington Naval Agreement will be ratified by a handsome majority shortly after the Chamber reassembles on May 8. The only reservation which will be insisted upon by the Chamber provides against the continuance of France's obligations under the treaty after 1936.
