All's not fair in the war on terror. That's the message German judges sent to Berlin and Washington D.C. by ordering a retrial for the only terror suspect ever convicted in connection with the 9/11 attacks. The appeals court in Karlsruhe ruled that Mounir el-Motassadeq, 29, did not receive a fair trial in Hamburg last year.
