NOT PROVEN: Alleged terrorist Mzoudi beamed after the court set him free

In Hamburg last week, Judge Klaus Rühle announced that his five-man court was freeing alleged Sept. 11 accomplice Abdelghani Mzoudi "not because the court is convinced of [his] innocence, but only because the evidence was not enough for a conviction."
