After a hidden camera caught President Roh Moo Hyun's personal secretary Yang Gil Seung on June 28 at the Kiss Super Night Club south of Seoul, major newspapers and networks reported that the club's owner, under investigation for tax evasion and pimping, asked Yang to block the police probe.
