It might sound crazy, but even if you’re watching your weight, you should consider eating what you want this holiday season. That’s what nutritionists and psychologists are increasingly concluding. Putting foods on a do-not-eat list only makes you crave them more, according to a Canadian study, and Israeli scientists found that having a little bit of sweets every day helped dieters shed 15 lb. more on average than those who didn’t indulge in desserts.
