Barack Obama at first watched his legacy crumble on live television as he stood just outside the Oval Office, where a flat-screen TV broadcasts the feeds of four cable-news stations. "Supreme Ct. Kills Individual Mandate," the CNN screen read; Fox reported the same grim news.
