    The Bulgarian Banksy?

    For a few days in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, the U.S. fought the reds once again. An anonymous artist transformed a monument depicting Soviet soldiers "liberating" Bulgaria (in actuality, a communist coup) into street art, painting each statue as an American pop-culture figure. The Russian embassy in Sofia called the incident "an outrageous act of vandalism," and the paint was removed despite appreciative crowds and online support.

    Having already plundered action figures, Saturday-morning cartoons (see Smurfs, left) and theme-park rides for material, Hollywood is turning to board games. A film version of Ouija will join already percolating Battleship and Risk projects. We'd like to propose three other sure-to-be blockbusters:

    3. Having to watch a 30-year-old Lea Michele (currently 25) act like a high school student.

    Glee creator Ryan Murphy says he plans to have students graduate and exit the show.
