Being on trial for murder is a hair-raising experience, no doubt about it. So let's all forgive PHIL SPECTOR for the 'fro he sported in court last week, where the storied pop-music producer stands accused of having shot actress Lana Clarkson at his home in 2003. (The high heels he wore to court are less explicable.)
