Subcontinental Drift: Now the Hard Part

For the survivors, however, some of the most difficult challenges lie ahead. In NGO-speak, recovery from a massive natural disaster happens in four phases, known as the Four R's: rescue, relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction. In Gujarat thus far, we've seen a great deal of the first two and a little of the third.
