The wonder is that after 20 years of dealing intensively with sexual problems, the authors have so few new insights to offer. Or maybe, to try it aphoristically: "He who would climb from the valley of the sexual engineer to the mountain of the sexual guru must avoid the mudslide of the muzzy and the avalanche of the obvious."
