Old Hickory

Recipe:
1.5 oz. Carpano Antica
1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
4 dashes of peychaud's bitters
4 dashes of orange bitters
build in double rocks glass w ice/orange twist

The Old Hickory, a cocktail with a base only of fortified wines, is named after former U.S. President Andrew Jackson, who got on famously with this drink while stationed in New Orleans during the War of 1812. Two hundred years later, you will see why.
