Rick Harrison can't stifle a laugh when he talks about the basic concept of Pawn Stars, the wildly popular reality show set in the Las Vegas pawn shop he runs with his father Richard and son Corey. "Who wants to see a show about four fat guys in a pawn shop?" says Harrison, breaking up. Turns out a lot of people do, making the History Channel show a cable-TV powerhouse and turning Harrison, the Old Man and Big Hoss (as Corey is known) into celebrities.
